If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@moershu.ca within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

This Return Policy applies only to orders placed directly through the Moershu online store.

Return Eligibility

Moershu reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if a product has been damaged, misused, or returned without all of its original packaging.

All returned items must include the original box, installation hardware, protective packaging, and any other components supplied with the product. Returns will not be accepted if any of these items are missing or damaged.

Products must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Products that have been installed, partially installed, used, or modified in any way are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Moershu is not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refunds do not include any shipping charges paid to Moershu or paid by Moershu.

Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@moershu.ca.
