Moershu Sanitary Ware
We value every customer’s experience and are committed to providing a clear and straightforward warranty and claims process. Please review the following policy carefully before purchasing bathroom products or accessories.
14-Day Inspection and Claims Period
All orders include a 14-day claims period beginning on the date of delivery. During this period, you may report visible damage, missing components, defects, or other product-related concerns.
Please inspect your product immediately upon delivery. Any damage or defect must be reported to Moershu within 14 days. Claims submitted after this period for issues that were present—or could reasonably have been identified—at the time of delivery may not be eligible for replacement, exchange, or another remedy.
This 14-day claims period does not replace the product warranty covering manufacturing defects that arise during the applicable warranty term.
Warranty Coverage
- Bathroom vanities, toilets, and bathtubs: 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Bathroom fixtures and hardware, including faucets, shower systems, and tub fillers: 5-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur under normal residential use.
